Is This Red Slime?

hi,

been getting these blackish brown cotton wool like growth on my live rocks and it has been growing pretty fast in the past few weeks. Can someone help me to id if this is red slime? sorry for the blurred pic, hands not steady when taking the photo. Thanks!

That's cyanobacteria aka Red slime.
