What would you like to improve on most?

First i want to point out this is not a political posting. Just to get some feedback on how should the government agencies improve/change on. :pirate:

Be it the SOP, the interaction between the civil servants with the public or anything. Positive or negative comments are appreciated. ;)

Need to write up something to my lecturer...plz do give me some insiprations... :thanks:

I was pleasantly surprised to note that the customer service at the Singapore Immigration Centre was not too bad. Almost on par with the private sector.

I guess its really up to individuals to give good service.

On the other hand... I really dislike Citibank officers. :P

Thanks for the comments but will be glad that you can give some feedback as to the areas to improve in. ;) Like setting up this thing that thing. Implement this and that.

Citibank a gov org?? :blink:
