"ants" on the wall of tank

tank crash with NO3 shot up more than 200.. all fish dead...

coral not lively.....

Had changed 70% of water, now NO3 is 50... coral look ok.... or

still recovering... :erm:

Yesterday morning when look into the tank saw 1 white color worm with brown band on the head on the wall of tank... what is it??

Then in the evening saw a lot of white "ants" on the wall of the tank(inside the water). Look closely, it have 6 or 8 legs and 2 antenna. What is these "ANTS"??

Termites?? (Try to take pict but difficult to see, size ard 2mm length)

Pls help .............
