if i am not wrong, harlequin shrimps only feed on starfishes...your gobies will be safe...

in fact most shrimps for the aquarium trade should be pretty peaceful toward gobies...unless mantis or dwarf lobsters, u would want to avoid those..

How about a coral banded shrimp? Shld be safe enuff

Boxers would be a bit dangerous... Better not take the risk... Hmmm... So harlequin shrimp is relatively safe with gobies... Any other invert to reccommend that is safe for gobies...

Sea squirts lor. Very safe invertebrate. Don't eat fish one.

Very ugly ler... The one you bought... I like the blue on better... Anyway i got one orange-red one it came with my soft coral.. Super big liao...

Harlequins may seem a nice choice but you have to consider the upkeep of it.

Since they're obligate Echinoderms feeders, you will be required to feed them live starfish on a regular basis.

If you're using regular sandsifter starfish, they die quickly when set on by Harlequins. Unless they are consumed quickly, it'll pollute your water.

So assuming you have a nano, it'll shot the water quality quickly.

Do you think that is a possible scenario?

Yes... I have thought of it... But thinking of using frozen starfish... I will be getting those tiny harlequin from PR... So if i keep the star fish in another tank and cut the legs for the harlequin to eat will it affect the water quality by too much...
