Qianhu REVOREEF® 3DM REEF-SAND or Caribsea Live Sand

Starting my first saltwater tank and need to cycle. Any advise on Qianhu ones especially since there is not much review on it. Or just stick to the proven Caribsea brand

Not sure bout the others but ive been using caribsea for over 2 years no complains

I'm using caribsea sand also but do take note a few things. Having sand base look nicer but required more maintainence as detritus will stuck inside.

Choice of sand also important as small gains sand will tend to fly around due to high flow.

Nope, still alot stuck in the sand.

Caribsea is nicer because of sprayed reddish coralline algae which gives a more natural look.

Qianhu's is plain white i think
