DIY lighting for my 3 ft tank

i plan to DIY my lighting for my 3ft tank in weekend, wat i plan to do is 55w PL white light 2 no n 2 no blue 55w PL too is that oke with my 3x2x2 ft reef tank ? or u guys got any better suggestion? pls advise......thanks
