Avatar problems....

what does it mean by this...

You are not allowed to upload that type of file as an avatar or personal photo.

the avatar is

1.) less than 20k

2.) 120 by 120

3.) is .jpg

Yeah! I kept having problems too to change my avatar. I tried many times!!!

At the end, I wrote to AT with the file in attachement and a few days later he changed it manually I think... AT

But it still did not look ok (sorry AT... ) so I tried to change it again: I loaded the picture and it didn't seem to work. So I just ave up and went back t the forums and then all of a sudden after quite a while, my new avatar loaded??? Still dunno why...

Did you try to upload a pornographic image?

Anyway... do check if its a true jpeg. Some jpeg renamed files are still a graphic file of a diff format eg. *.bmp

Use a graphics program and save as a *.jpg again. And try uploading.

yeap Rumor. I've got a 120 by 120 image saved on the computer, editted with Photoshop. I just uploaded the main image for the sake of a bigger picture size...

but when I uploaded the smaller one as editted by Adobe...same error. =\
