hi everyone, just bought tunze 6060 n start using .After using a day i saw my DSB become a wave look shape deal to the current of my tunze.

WILL it distured my DSB ?

i think its better if u use a netting to cover the 1st layer of sand maybe about 3inches so that at least this 3inches will remain undisturbed.

Alternatively, can use the net to cover the tunze to reduce the current! you can also try to redirect the tunze to face another angle... maybe it would help, best if you use it from one corner of the tank to another...

What is your tank size?

slight blowing of the sand bed is ok, but be careful, it can dig to bare bottom! (experienced that in my 3ft tank before!)

If your shallower portion of your SB is less than 4inches. It may become aerobic instead. Its not really a bad thing. But it defeats the purpose of a DSB as it no long denitrifies but nitrifies instead. It may end up converting wastes into nitrate instead of denotrifying nitrates.
