SRC Member bubble_gum Posted April 17, 2004 SRC Member Share Posted April 17, 2004 i voted black(even though i got no backing at the back of my tank ) because black makes ur corals and lr stand out. skyblue cheapens ur reef tank and make it look like those for louhan ones dark blue? how dark is dark? SRC Member [d]3v|L Posted April 17, 2004 SRC Member Share Posted April 17, 2004 agree with black. gives more depth and the colour really contrast against the black back ground Quote ORDed back to studies and reefing again..
SRC Member ryz Posted April 17, 2004 SRC Member Share Posted April 17, 2004 I'm using black... but I wish I had used dark blue instead.. But never see dark blue oyama before.. only those sky blue which I agree with bubble_gum that it will make your reef tank look like cheapskate luohan tank... so i went with black... would prefer dark blue though... If oyama stickers actually come in such a colour Quote Live and Let Live
flush
i prefer black but light blue can't be all that bad right? i have a friend who uses light blue all round but his tank still looks wonderful.

SRC Member NormanH Posted April 19, 2004 SRC Member Share Posted April 19, 2004 I still think black is the best, it's ugly when coraline algae grow on light blue background.
