Hey bro,

You may want to consider getting a orange dashed or tiger goby. Both are gd at clearing your sand bed. My orange dashed goby is like a Thai worker, very on the ball. Cleaning the whole day. Sand bed looks like day 1. Very clean. Good luck.

:D

hi bro,

Up to 2 months ago, I have diatom, green algae & slimy red cyna on my sand bed.

Used contaphos/rowaphos and also silicarbon to bring down PO4 and also introduced another powerhead into tank for better flow.

I was on 4 tubes on T5 11 hours a day but later reduced to 2 tubes.

But still cannot help..those stuff still on sand bed...till i introduce the black cuke.

Now sandbed clean and white.

Hope that helps :rolleyes::D:lol:
