How to control temperature in the quarantine for fish?

Generally a chiller is not install for the quarantine tank, so when quarantine fish how to maintain the temperature?

you can use a fan controlled by a thermostat. But what i do if its fish only Qt. i would leave it as it is even though temp reaches 30 degree C they will be fine.

Using a fan is OK but we need to also do water top up to balance salinity due to evaporation

Usually fishes doesnt need to worry about the temperature. Look at lfs, they dun use chiller for their tank right

yap, unless is for those more sensitive type then maybe need a fan to help maintain lower temperature...

You will have less temperature fluctuation issues indoors with adequate ventilation IME. Higher or lower doesn’t exactly matter for fishes in our tropical climate unless you’re getting coldwater species, stability is more impt
