i got flatworm infestation

as above .... they are small 1-3 mm in size .brown in colour ... what can i do ... any critters that eat them up .... killing some of my mushroom colony ... damnnn .. and they are multiplying fast ...

They don't. Neither do mandarins. Tried and tested to be not effective.

well u can just take your mushroom out and put it into a pail of plain tap water.. and u confirm see snow of brown flatworm falling out...

but of coz dont dip your mushroom for too long else u can start cooking it for mushroom veg tonite..

Their survival rate is not good in captivity (so i have heard), Yes, they will die when food runs out. Thats why i suggested you borrow or adopt one ....

Their numbers may spike but will dwindle after awhile (another hear say....) depends on many factors I suspect.

Salifert Flatworm exit? Wonder anyone had tried and tested this?

I've tried the flatworm exit with pretty good results. Hated it last time when i see them all over my mushrooms..but gone were the days... did 2 doses over 1 week....and they disappeared. Just make sure u read the instructions carefully. the toxins they release is pretty potent when they die

i always wanted to try tis out.

A super salinity solution, to kill all those pests in the LRs, but e problem is tat other organisms mite be killed too....

i did once pour salt directly into wholes of LRs... n e next moment, lots of worms came out!
