i have a tank cycled alredy... insde got sand(new sand not in old tank) rocks than i put coral... n i got extra sand from my old tank can i rinse with fresh water thann throw in the tank with corlas inside?

I suggest you do it extremely carefully as sand grains can irritate corals.

I suggest washing the 'old' sand from your old tank in aged saltwater instead to preserve the bacterial life on the old sand. (unless its sand that has been taken out already for some time).
