I feed them with  my own chopped up food like market prawns, cuttle fish, mysis, pellets, reefroids, NYOS gold pods, nori seaweed....Whatever I am able to get my hands on

Weekly water change for my IM lagoon. This only initially then slowed down. Now hardly. Change only when need to do cleaning of sump. Nutrients not low as u can see my LPS happy  .  I run Rowa carbon n Rowaphos.. I also dose Nopox of vinegar, whichever is available.

Glass I cleaned for a week. Not bad !!! Hope it continues

Nothing amazing. Just a simple set up. Mainly water top up. 5- 6 times a week 3ml vinegar. Days when I don’t dose vinegar, I dose bacteria. Not sure if it’s the right process but it seems to work for my tank.
