okok this will sound familiar.yes it was my 1ft whellers cube but after the tank crashed, i planned out everythg aredi and found out the problem......stocking too fast and no nutrient export

relax.....nothing died. transferred all my LS to my moms softies tank n my whelers to my 2ft reef so here it is now

my problem is fixed to tackle the nutrient export prob.... will still do my weekly water change....

somehow i feel that the pump isnt providing enough bubble density to the skimmer....if u use a stronger pump, the skimmer will pull more waste out definitely

its nw in my 3feet FOWLR!!! now running cheapo air driven skimmer. now need to look for 2 or 4 output airpump more money

downstairs no aircon. boil the water and just need chillie sauce then can eat my derasa

somore i realised my tang dont get the ich downstairs so better leave them alone

and one more thing.... bigger tank prone to spend more money on corals so i think i will stick to my 2feet reef
