Apparantly there isnt any OR6500 or even the OR3500 left as we have bought all of them since about 2 months ago.

However, I have ordered an urgent shipment to fly in sometime in early or mid May.

Well, with regards to your request, I think it will be best that you contact AquaMart directly as this is out of my jurisdiction as the pump was not purchased from me.

But I will try to see what best I can help.

Hi all and just to add,

All AquaMedic equipments (unless stated) comes with 1 year warranty from the date of purchased regardless of whether the equipment has been uitilised or not.

However, do take note that all ownership of warranty/ies are not transferable!

This means to say that if the 1st owner who has bought the product and intends to resell the product to another user, we will only warrant the product based on the 1st user and not the second as it is not transferable.

This is to save-guard and prevent such premium products from being resold by plunderers in the open market.
