hm... i see no point in the dual chamber in this case... bubbles always move upwards, your 2nd chamber will be just water....

in the first chamber planing to make it smaller then the 2nd chamber so it will be fill with mix air and water suppose to have some pressure den flow to the 2nd chamber with in turn the bubbles will now move upwards and to the collection cup and the water will sprial down to the outlet.

still don't get the need to split the chambers... if you really want then I suggest your input from your 1st chamber to 2nd chamber be lowered...

Either that or ur 2nd chamber be a lot taller... but still I don't see a point...

You wun need the second chamber as it seems like it dun serve any purpose...

IMO,i think its better if get the water flow from top at the 1st chamber wif bio balls as to break more water and air particles before going to the 2nd chamber else the 1st chamber will be redundant.if u hav the time and patience add a beckett injector before entering the 1st chamber...

I advise against the bio-balls too... IMHO they trap more stuff than break up bubbles.. but that's just my opinion
