After 12days of cycles.

Really don know how much more patience I have. Haha. Target is to cycle 40days

Anyone can advise me what should I look out for?

Can advise what to add first?

I Wan to keep LPS AND FISH ONLY.

Not planning for SPS as for now.

That's a very huge tank with a neat setup! My suggestion is quarantine whatever fish you bought at a isolation tank so you won't be introducing ich.

How Long should I keep the new fish in the isolation tank before introduce the fish to my tank?

Get some chaeeeeto into that huge sump of yours cus it's never to early imo, start of with some easy then some easy/more forgiving lps to 'test water', after obtaining the desired parameters first of course.

if all goes well, you should b on your way to an awesome looking tank!

Suggest keeping for at least 3 weeks and ensure it's eating pellet. Then shift to a isolation box in the main tank and feed for a week before releasing

Lol my tank took 5 weeks to cycle ... you can minimise cycle time but I'd say just be patient good for Long term
