Hmm you should have study abt them before buying one.... Thats a no 1 no- no in reef keeping or this hobby..... Anyway since you got it(hope you dun do that again), just to let you know this is no an easy fish to keep..... Its hard to feed and easily stress by fish which have active lifestyle..... Best food to get it to eat would be zooplankton or cyclopeeze.... Both can pollute your water easily FYI....

Things to take note:

Get an alert specimen....

I always spend a lot of time to monitor the group in the holding tank. They are quite a loner, so they will show some aggression to the others if you pay attention. so if youwant to buy, buy the one that is feeding(but rarely), swimming ard(possible), bullying the rest when they come too near(the most obvious).

Never buy those that are idling at one corner, worst, torn fin and spooked.

When introduced into a tank....aclimatisaton is also impt...remember the temp and water ...drip your tank water into the holding container, once aclimatised..switch off lights and introduce the guy in...do take note how successful he is depends on the presence of aggression in the tank as well.

Feeding: try cyclopeze, brine shrimps and golden fish eggs(frozen kind)

and lastly, pray real hard, flood the tank with food for the next few days.

Attached is a pic of my precious sunburst :lol:
