Yes. The small bubbles on the rock... like little diamond...

looks like dinoflagellates.. try to siphon them out during waterchange

The infamous dinoflagellates. Had them on an outbreak when a fish died unnoticed and stuck under a rock to rot. Been there had that. Manual siphoning and partial water change will help.

If you are referring to silver bubbles developing from the LR, it could be nitrogen or oxygen bubbles.  If its nitrogen, then its ok.  But if its oxygen, it could be a precursor to an algae bloom.  That's what I was told last time, not sure how correct it is.

Yup, is dinoflagellates, bad algae. It trap bubble. Snail and some fishes will eat it. You can blow the bubble away.
