The serving was still done on metal plates. One scope of vegetables contained more than 20 worms (each about 1cm long).

since we're digging out the dirt/airing dirty laundry of unsanitary hawkers/food vendors, here is my fistful of dirt.

me and a group of friends were dining at Hereen Marche's about two years back. a friend ordered this soup thing and when she scooped it out, she saw this dead cockroach inside.

as a form of compensation, she was given a slice of chocolate cake. to rub insult to injury, she still had to pay for that contaminated soup.

but I had roast beef for dinner that day.
