i see this whitish stuff on the black silicon that joins the 4 piece of glass together. when i move the glass cleaner over it, it flows into the water. anyone has this problem or knows what this is?

the pic looks not that clear but you can try to google yellowtail blenny and see if it fits your fish?

Taipei customs think got no restrictions. I think Singapore too.  

Put inside Tupperware. Check in. And hope they survive the tumbling.

id the clam? - yours should be a derasa clam. 

if you keeping clam it's good to read about the disease it could get, like clam gaping and pinched mantle.

If I am not mistaken. Singapore AVA allow hobbyist 5 pieces of lifestock provided they do not require CITEs (Check AVA website). Most soft coral will qualify. However LPS and SPS will not be allowed. So although you get it through customs does not mean that its ok. If they happen to spot check then good luck to you.

so by right you should have to pay 60 dollars (minimum) for the CITE permits in order to bring in the lps and clams.

LFS said this is califlower coral. Bought it for the colours. Then i tried to google on it for its care. nothing really much found.

Can anyone advise the care for it and if there's any pitfall on keeping this?

With all due respect, it seems that you're buying livestock before any study or research is done... It may be wise to Google on the livestock just before purchase... At least you'll know the difficulties and diet of the livestock before committing...

You can try researching on cauliflower soft coral as my knowledge on corals is quite limited...

Low light (serious low) and medium flow for this cauliflower . Require feeding and clean water.

bro.this soft coral is one of the most difficult species to trive in a closed aquaria...it needs to be in a species tank that needs special feeding (liquidfied food)

and constant feeding.
