Aquamarin service quality

Has anyone had poor experience with Aquamarin?

Bought an ATI set from them a month ago. They ask for payment in FULL and said lights will arrive in THREE WEEKS.

Now, delay after delay. And they keep blaming ATI side.

Cash to cash cycle time is zero for this case. One of a common business approach adopted, usually by online purchase.

Got mine in nov and recieved it around 2 months later in jan.....but for my case they did tell me that it wont come so quickly (at least one one plus) and i wasnt in a rush to get it so it didnt bothered me.

Wrote to ATI, which replied saying delay could have been caused by some public holidays in early-June.

Very un-German!
