Turbo snail or hair algae issue

Hi all,

I am battling with hair algae in my tank for few weeks. Did some research and notice others saying turbo snail is good to eat hair algae, i would like to know where to find turbo snail.

If not any idea how to clear all hair algae in my tank?

Lower your phospates. No direct sunlight. Depending how big your tank is get a right size clean up crew.

Turbo snails sold commonly at lfs.

My PO4 is at 0.03 and there is no direct sunlight. I have a 296L tank 76cm x 81cm x 48cmH

you can get this snails at pasir ris farmway 2, they usually have stocks there.

as for the hair algae issue u can try and reduce your light duration and meaby u can try scrubbing them off with a sponge.
