Or something might b crushing part of it, I had that happen once when I was rescaping n didn't notice till I came back 5mins later and the entire tank was cloudy

Thank guys for all your replies. Really appreciate it. I checked my water parameters I won't say they are very good. But still okay. And I checked bro, not crushing any part of it. Hopefully they will be fine. I have been observing them. They are looking better. But suddenly shrink at times. Hope all is well
