Snail lao sai-ing after consuming dying xenia

Yesterday afternoon a frag of xenia fell off my tank wall... i super glued it to a frag plug... first time doing so it was messy and think i over glued it... didn't think it will survive as it didn't pulse n ooze alot of gluey stuff when i was trying to fix it onto the plug...

This morning, found my xenia frag missing... cos saw an empty frag plug but a snail near it... n water cloudy... first thought was is my new wrasse dead? Found it alive and felt relieved... then i concurred my xenia frag has melted... 

Next i turned on lights to check why my water was so cloudy n saw snail oozing lots of white stuff out... am pretty amused n came to a hypothesis of a food poisoning case for my snail... managed to capture its act on cam...

Sigh... gonna so water change... any advice just in case i missed out on something more sinister?
