Is my Jann's Pipefish dying...

Just had my Jann's Pipefish for a few day both of them are well and eating... This morning i found my female Jann's Pipe is lying on the sand and not swimming.... Till now it is still like that.. It will swim but like crawling on the sandbed... Can any Pipefish Gurus help and advise... Thkz...

Ammonia: 0

Nitrite: 0

Nitrate: 50+ (2-3 weeks back...)

Temp; 26-27

Tank Mates: All Gobies...
