Need advice: what are these?!? How to get rid if harmful?

Hi fellow reefers... my tank recently suffered a wipeout of 2 clowns (first inhibitants for 3 months) ... 1 yellow tang (second resident for 2 months) n 1 bi colour blenny ( last arrival for 1 month).

yellow tang was 1st to die with spots appearing n disappearing after a few days n back again n gone again until one day it lie on sandbed... the entire process about 1 month...

 

the amount of "white ants" look alike start to populate in my tank n my spots appear on blenny after yellow tang died n killed it within 2 days... then it was the clowns a week later...

Even with all fishes wipeout, these ants like things continue to infest my tank for 2 weeks already...

R these ich worms or something more sinster? What should i do?

You mean water parameters or tank?

my tank is 2 ft ios. 

Water nitrate less than .5

po4 around 0.03

ca is around 430

kh is 8.3

mg 1200

salinity 1.025

Seem to be pod. I read that it's actually good sign. Had them in my tank as well.

Ich or white spot is a different thing a parasite that only grow on fish.

Looks like pod to me. The symptoms you mentioned seem more likely to be ich?

Thanks Bros for advices... does that mean that ich worms can't been seen by naked eyes but pods can?
