blackghost
i used to have these in my tank as well. it was encroaching on the corals so i decided to get a sea hare to settle it.. the sea hare did such a good job till it starved itself because no more algae to feed. i suddenly cant remember the name the algae

Kishore
Absolutely.. it does great job... I had tons of brown algae .. i added 3 of the they just sweeper the whole tank.. make sure u remove one after other as ur algae lowers if not they will starve to death and will release toxic waste with high ph and ammonia spikes in ur tank.... not to worry much though Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

SRC Member christan1959 Posted September 27, 2017 SRC Member Share Posted September 27, 2017 Nice colours on yr SPS dude! Could the brown stuff be slime from chemical warfare between corals?
