Killing aiptasia

Yesterday, I notice that there are aiptasia living in the small "caves" of my LR.

I understand that Kalkwasser are used to kill them but I do not understand how to inject?

Do we require a needle? I have a syringe but with no needle. Can we just use the syringe and "spray" the kalkwasser near the aiptasia?

Furthermore, the aiptasia will retract when anything go near it, right? So how to inject?

u dun need a needle. juz make ur move slowly towards the aiptasia with ur syringe filled with kalk residue mixture. pump juz a little amt onto the aiptasia. take note of ur surrounding inverts. that's all.

How do the kalk residue mixture looks like?

Usually, I only see white particles settle down at the bottom of the mix. Do u mean that white particle? If so, won't it "pollute" the tank water?

buy it. I doubt you can DIY it unless you have lab equipment. (=

that I have no idea. I read that most people normally inject the !@%$@% thing with a syringe filled with con. kalk solution.

I take Lr out and poke the toothpick into its mouth and remove the whole thing... LOlz...

Or you can use peppermint shrimps. Heard they Aiptasias.

Yes this is true, don't do it this way.

Some people use lemon juice from a syringe to kill it.
