for FL tube there is but if i am not wrong, Nature don't sell FL tube higher than 10,000k. i can check for you on friday when i go collect my 18watt tube.

so far i have been looking for tubes at lots of places, never come across pure actinic 03 18W PL. i have asked petmart, they also don't have.

what's the diff- to aqualux?

went to kelantan... & they only had osram daylight(i think 2690 lumens)

afraid it would be too high in the red/orange spectrum cause they wouldn't try one for me. would have settled if they only showed me a tube switched on

Actually 2 PLs 36Watts... looks very yellow... but my corals never complain......

no they dun.....pretty whitish.Now i trying some extra 6500K's & that's really yellowish!temp.cause i got not enough 10K tubes. Current 10k's are aqualux

actually the brand should be JBJ, i also don't know why the label say Transworld. i think my 18watt 50/50 also like that. also cost me $15 since i also got it from mr. chan. so far it's the cheapest there.

mr. chan will be bringing in 55watt tubes soon.

hey thanks thanks. i don't think i will need 55watt 50/50 any more as one of my light i have used 2 50/50 tube, one 18watt and one 36watt.

for the other tank, i will just use a white 36watt PL.

on the connector portion of the PLL, it was printed 'Transworld .... etc.

And the words 'True Blue' on one PLL and 'Actinic' on another PLL. Wonder why 2 different labels for same type of lamp??? <_<
