Hi everyone i have a doubt about the ammonia remove pad that i bought. So is there anyone have bought this product and use it before? Hope someone can help me decides?

Are you trying to cycle ur tank? I dont think ammonia is an issue once you completed its cycle. If there is ammonia spike, then address the problem.

In long term, ammonia is not an issue.. ur BB break it down.. unless something died in the tank or your fishes give tons of poop.. you need to worry more on nitrate/phospate.

Once you tanks is cycled properly, you seldom need worry about ammonia and bacteria will take care of it. I don't even test for ammonia. 

the key work is properly cycle and control your stocking rate

U can try poly filter. I find that one removes ammonia quite well. And won't stall your cycle cuz it always leaves a small amount of ammonia to feed the bacteria. And when it absorbs ammonia it turns bright green colour so u know it's doing it's job. Testing the water further proves it works.
