What pest is this? Found it on my live rock

Found this stuff on my live rock and also one crawling on my tank wall.

When I try to pull it from my rock using a pincer, it broke into 2 and still alive and try to crawl away.

Omg, all along I thought my tank is pest free because I use hot water to soap most of my rocks except couple of pieces I did not do it.
Never did I know I woke up to see near hundreds of small creature crawling on the tank wall this morning . Must be thousands on those rocks....

Need advice are these bad or harmless?

Lesson learn is to really introduce completely dead rocks to my new tank in future.

Those small white longish bugs? Those look like amphipods, a clearer pic would confirm it.

they are beneficial microfauna btw, in helping to eat detritus & some but of micro-algae. They are a good food source for your fishes too.

Hair, I am damn suay. Tank just kanna Velvet and 3 fishes died today, trying to save the rest and starts seeing funny creature pops out everyday ...
