Change a new skimmer and letting go this work horse , the skimmer is rated for 2400 litres and is for internal use. 

Skimmer is more than a year old

Just gotten AA to help me make a new tank set using my existing cabinet. Due to some height constraints, I settled for Nyos Quantum 120. Hope this skimmer is really good as heard .
