Can tangs mix together in a tank with other fishes

Hi, i like to check currently i got 1 yellow tang , 1 yellowstrip maroon clown inside my tank and find it plain for my 2/12 inch tank and thought of getting 1 0r 2 bluetangs ,1 purple tang for my tank.

Can anyone ps advice.

Firstly i need to knwo how big is your tank and your filtering system such as skimmer and such......... BTW i would definately leave out the purple as a established YT will never tolerate another presence of zebrasoma in his territory

Blue tang and Yellow tang should go along well together.

If u insist to keep purple, from my experience, the yellow tang will bully it. So I keep the new purple in cage for sometime then release.

Now my yellow (3.5"), purple (2.5") and sohal (7") all friend friend... Think important part is still the size of ur tank, sufficient hiding spaces.
