Now its becoming such a nuisance, i wanna get it out and return to the LFS... problem as we all know is that they are little brutes who are super quick  ... anyone got any tried and tested way to get them out cos i cant seem to get them at all... anyone can help? :thanks:

can put food in a net and lure it into the net.. worked for me.. but my damsels were very bold though..

I am trying to get my clarke clown out too. Tried your method, but my clarke was too smart for that. I waited for it to get IN to the net, and it waited for the food to fall OUT of the net... <_<

But I guess it's worth a try. It's a good method, and may work on certain fishes. :heh:

Volitan, tried using oredi, but i think they are more scared of your hand, unless you can think of a way to grip the container w/o putting hand into the water... but it didn't work for me leh... seems like gotta do it at night, caught my maroon clown the last time round using this method, they are pretty blind at night... ;)

haha, apparently not leh, you can try and see, you will realise that your net gets real close to them before they realize you are next to them. But dunno whether it works for damsels or not, those little devils  you can try it and see :)

come to think of it, why hasn't anyone invented transparent nettings? use transparent acrylic rods and those transparent strings... would be a perfect idea leh...
