met with an old associate of my mum...so big shot lawyer in the states. when he asked me about my decision as to what I want to do, I said I wanted to go to Monash and urh. rough it out there.

he was asking me to go to the states as he'd be able to help me link up with a lot of people/places. problem is, I have no idea where in the world I'd be doing my studies in the states.

hmm any good universities to recommend for a Deg in say...mass comm, preferably in Journalism/PR/Marketting...no need all three. as long got one of the above can liao.

Hmmm...yea..the states is a good choice. Kinda regret doing my degree here...going to graduate soon..but like most of my friends..we realized we have learnt nothing.

I thought of that too. hahahahahaha.

but the thing about Australia is. most shops close at 5-6. urh. like what the hell. I wouldn't mind slacking there but. its too slack already lah.

I don't think so. I'd rather them close slightly later. say 7 or 8. many a times I've been there and just because the dudes decided to skive a bit, I missed out on a meal. or two.

You can get bigger cars in the states than Australia, cheaper petrol, hotter chicks and best of all, you can own guns. I don't know what standard you are at but any of the Ivy Leagues or Stanford will go down very well with your future employer.

SIA does direct flights to New York with the Airbus 345 later this year. New York is the place to be if you have money! If you are going to the states to study, you got to be rich anyway.
