Seen this piece of news on Streats. A third of the Australian Reef will become no-fishing zone. A fishing ban that comes into effect on july 1 will make over one third of Australian's Great Barrier Reef the world's best protected marine environment, the government said yesterday.

that is a napoleon wrasse... very friendly to divers and delicacy in HK... sigh.. such majestic fishes....
