I think you mean 1000 litres and not 1000 gallon at madpetz.. 3000 litres tank different,, haha

Yes agree size does not mean success.

I also think after a certain volume, it becomes WORK.

Yes totally agreed, having a bigger volume definitely make it easier to stabilise the tank and more room for error.

IMHO a 4 or 5 ft tank would be a very nice tank size to manage and equipment cost would be also easy on the wallet.

Anything more than 5ft would be entirely a different ball game ^_^
