Can 5ft tank with sump works without chiller in a non aircon room

Hi

Need some advise on a open top 5ft tank with sump.

No chiller and in an non aircon room works?

Doing fowlr. Maybe some soft coral.

Need to put fans. My 6 ft is using 3 fans to keep temp ard 29 to 30 deg C.

My tank right side is gona be 3 ft from closed window with blackout blind. The window gets morning sun.

Anyone tried but fail without chiller help?

If u used can should be able to get fowlr but u need to top up water daily, evaporate ard 1.5l at least per day.

I used to have fowlr without chiller for 3.5ft tank. Use computer fan. Temp around 29-30 if use minimal pumps n devices. Fishes can survive. High evaporation rate and daily need top up water. Suggest get auto top up if your sump is huge.

Planning tunze osmoslator for ato.

I heard tank less than 3feet easier to achieve temp. That's y holding back to do up a 5 ft which is more appealing to the eye.

The selection of the equipments will be important I.e;

DC pump run cooler than AC pump, and try go for external pump than internal pump, choose Led lighting over than MH or t5 lights which give out more heat. These equipment will add heat into the water

But be careful of the water everaportion rate when using fan.
