It anti chlorine. Been using it for almost ten years. Stable n normally not a lot is required. Cost effective.

But recently went to local freshwater lfs. Commented y I still using this brand. Stating some bad feedback with some recent user.

I m still using it. No problem at all.

Any comment on this?

I'm keeping marine tank, and using Distilled water to mix with the salt.  But its troublesome having to keep buying (& throwing) the bottles, and not very environmentally friendly.  So thinking to switch to Tap Water with Seachem Prime, if it is really safe and accepted by hobbyist.

Use it on my Moray eel tank with soft coral and LPS. I find no issue with it and been using it for 10 years. Use it for my Freshwater monster tank w/ XB aro as well. Some of the reefer here use it on their tank with SPS also with no ill effect.

I'm using that with tap water cos I cannot accommodate a DI unit at home , eventually kena algae problems. Have to prepare yourself for that. I'm using an algae turf scrubber to compensate. But so far livestock seems ok except torch corals keep dying. Just fyi

If I use Seachem Prime with Tap water to start a new tank, but subsequently use distiller water for water changes, I think it should be quite safe right?
