Necessary to medicate qurantine tank even fish is OK?

As title above as it seems the fish stress out after prazi and copper.

So can I just monitor fish a few weeks and not medicate ( if no problem)?

Hi bro, I don't medicate my quarantined fish until I see symptoms. So should be fine, medication also stresses out fish. But make sure to quarantine for long enough time for an entire ich cycle to finish as symptoms won't show until the parasite is mature. Quarantine for at least one month to be extra safe.
