Shift tank

I intend to shift my 5 footer tank within my living room, the distance between existing location to the new location is about 2 meter only.

Plan to siphon out the water, left 1/3 only in the tank with life stock. Wondering is it possible for me to push the tank and cabinet to the new location?  Or still too heavy to push it...

Sounds like it might still be heavy. What's on the bottom of your cabinet? Any thing in between the cabinet & floor to reduce friction? Otherwise might scratch up your floor. During the push, I think should also push on the cabinet, not the tank glass.

Should also think about the equipment inside your cabinet, I'm guessing you have a sump, piping, fuge, filtration media, etc which would add to the weight. Beneficial to go thru a leak test after the push.

also suggest to secure your live rock or scape so that all that movement won't cause things to come tumbling down..

Good luck!
