Ugly is probably too strong a word. Beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder.

Mine is a puny 2.5ft as well and very bare too. However take pride in what you do and any constructive feedback that comes your way.

Its a long and winding road where this hobby is concerned. Sooooo many things to learn as compared to FW fishes. Ability to sustain and improve will be the most important factor in this hobby.
