Err... whats a featherstarfish/sea spider?

There is a crinoid which is also called feather star, which is not a starfish.

And there is a sea spider which is a coral parasite.

Are u refering to those red feather starfish?(Lamprometra palmata)

The Feather Starfish is an unusual species that looks more like a plant than a starfish. It ranges in color from brown to orange, yellow, and black. Like the Basket Star, the Feather Starfish is a filter feeder. It is nocturnal, and at night it can be found with its long arms unfurled where it filters plankton from the water.

Sea spiders ( Anoplodactylus erectus)are classified in the phylum Arthropoda and the class Pycnogonida. Pycnogonids are spider-like in their appearance and hence the name "sea spider". They are quite common in the marine environment but you need a keen and careful eye to spot them. Most sea spiders are 1 to 10 mm in length.. i remember seeing 1 in my tank the 1st time i setup marine.. about 3~5 cm big.

Two different thing
