need help with worm

Anyone seen this worm in their tank before? I had a few small ones that only came out after the lights go off. Will it endanger my fishes in the tank?hope someone could help me out with it....thanks

Looks like bristlewom, don't think they will endanger your fishes unless they are huge? Some types grow big. Typically this size will go around eating detritus I believe, & yes they are more active when the lights go out.
