The edge of my torch coral is receding until the skeleton....what to do

Are the stems on the tentacles deflated? If they are just retracted I would check my water parameters. Slowly correct.

If they are deflated, then something is off. Check for brown jelly disease

My hammer also started to reced at the edge.. i found out that my po4 and no3 is damn high.. after bringing it down, it stop receding but the coral dun seem open as big as before..

Thanks for the tip.My parameters are stable and I don't see any brown jelly stuff at the skeleton....So I'm alittle confused what happened

Sometimes it has to do with the flow. If there is not enough flow the tentacles tend to retract. Place it at a moderate flow area.
