For sugar dosing only helps in no3. Po4 only help very little bit.

Your reading should be 1 instead of 10 (Believe you using Salifert test kit). Need divide by 10.

Other bros can verify?

i might be reading wrongly since 3 mths till now, ;(

Yeah.

Just sharing, its important to interpret the reading correctly else no point performing the test as your corrective action depend on the test kit result.

A quick example is viewing the test tube against the Salifert chart on the side. Looking at it read 50, but the test result should be 5.
