white spots on brown tang

I recently got a brown tang and after afew days,I noticed white spots all over it. But the thing is that my other fishes in the tank does not have those white spots and only when I introduce a tang, it will then occur. My previous yellow tang also had white spots and after a week it died. I've used myxazin from water life to treat the tank but no improvement was observed. Is there a solution to this problem?

If possible, move all fishes to the QT and copper/hypo for minimum 4 weeks.

since no pics of what the white spots look like, ill take a stab in the dark and say its ich.

QT should be for 4 weeks minimum anyways not 5 days.

But if all of the above looks too difficult, just leave the tang and your other fishes. feed those anti-parasitic food like Dr G.

Quis custodiet ipsos custodes

Too many people spend money they haven't earned to buy things they don't want to impress people they don't like.

You can find Dr G anti parasitic caviar from Ah Beng, Madpetz, Iwarna etc.

I used it for 2 weeks and the ich was gone from my 2 clowns in tank.
