Additional powerhead in main tank

Thinking of installing a powerhead in the main tank to stir up the detritus. What is the recommended model for a 4 2 2 ? Need one that is quiet and does not add much to the water temp (if there is such a thing). Currently has only a water outlet tube 6" deep at the right rear side of tank.

Recommended Power heads for providing current

Water flow is one of the most important elements in the Bullet Proof Reef . Current not only brings nutrients to the coral but it also helps remove waste. GARF recommends using Aquarium Systems' Maxi-Jet and Mini-Jet power heads for your bullet proof reef. The use of a Wave Maker power strip (add 2 more power heads) is also recommended to make the current in the reef more random.

What's the dimensions of a maxijet ? Better still, can post pic or not ?

I started wif five power head but eventually reduce to two as to much movement moves sand away from its original position.
